Time for a change

You’re here because you want answers but first I think it is important to set a couple expectations of the content you’ll find beyond and why it even exists in the first place (surely you’re sick of all the AI generated websites coming up in your search results too?!).

I built this website partly as a way to broadcast my thoughts, experiments and findings in the areas of ‘bio-hacking’, ‘lifestyle design’ and automation to name some but also as a source of information for others that might be just like me and derive satisfaction from ruthlessly optimising their everyday lives in order to be the best versions of themselves and create extra time to do what they enjoy outside of work.

This resonated with me deeply the first time I read it and is precisely what has lead me to this point in life – when I first got a shiftwork job offer I was incredibly nervous and anxious but I knew what I had to do, jump in, give it a whirl and figure the rest out.

The suggested path of reading

4 main sections; each of which covers a topic that makes up what I believe to be the foundation of solid shiftwork effectiveness – effectiveness which will carry over into the rest of your life so you’re not a zombie. On top of that, if you really do have a bad case of TikTok brain, the bottom of the sections contain a JIT (Just in Time) list covering and summarizing the most important parts of the topic discussed.

To support that you’ll also find any associated links to tools and resources – it is prudent to mention some links are affiliated – you can read the disclosure statement here and it is clearly stated on any page that contains said links; that aside there is nothing within this site I have not personally tested (I’ll give you a heads up on the crap things I’ve tried as well don’t worry).
